stipend
The engaged apprentices are eligible for following stipend per month for the contract period of one year.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on 30.06.2024)
- Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline from any Institute/College/University recognized/approved by Government bodies/AICTE/UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 30.06.2024.
Selection Process
The selection process for PNB apprentices consists of:
- Written Test: An online examination testing the candidates on various subjects.
- Local Language Test: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the state/UT they are applying for. This includes reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the language.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must be declared medically fit as per the bank’s requirements.
