Eligibility Criteria:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- BE/BTech with 5+ years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years in large-scale project implementation.
- Experience working with state leadership for end-to-end program rollout.
- Expertise in data analysis for actionable insights.
- Knowledge of school education policies and ed-tech frameworks.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technology initiatives under the Ministry of Education.
- Understanding of NDEAR blueprint and Open Source solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement NDEAR blueprint and roadmap.
- Develop solutions for national-scale e-content access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for NEP 2020-aligned initiatives.
- Create monitoring tools and dashboards for key programs (e.g., NIPUN Bharat).
- Organize national workshops, hackathons, and webinars.
