Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Instrumentation
- Experience: 3–20 years of relevant experience
- Candidates should have relevant design experience in Industrial & Process Plant projects, including Steel Making, Iron Making, Alumina, Aluminium, Zinc, Copper, Sulphur and Phosphate plants.
- Civil & Structural Design: Experience in designing and analysis of heavy industrial steel & RCC structures. Knowledge of ANSYS and Nastran is an added advantage.
- Utilities & Piping Design: Experience in process engineering calculations for systems such as fuel gas, fuel oil, steam, water supply & wastewater, oxygen and slurry. Proficiency in PFD, P&ID, piping stress, fluid and flow analysis.
- Equipment & Specialty Conveyors Design: Experience in detailed engineering calculations for stacker reclaimers, port cranes, ship loaders, wagon tippers, paddle feeders, conveyors and coal handling.
- Electrical Design: Experience in basic & detail engineering for industrial & process plants, including equipment sizing and selection, system studies and development of engineering deliverables.
- Instrumentation Design: Experience in basic & detail engineering for instrumentation, control & automation systems for industrial & process plants, with knowledge of industrial networks, PLC/DCS systems and plant automation.
