CSL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a Government of India Enterprise, has released Cochin Shipyard Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for 210 Technician (Vocational) and ITI Trade Apprentice vacancies. Candidates with 10th + ITI qualification or VHSE qualification in the concerned discipline are eligible to apply. The apprenticeship training will be for one year, with a stipend of Rs. 11,000 per month. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 16 September 2026 to 08 October 2026.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 08 October 2026.
Eligibility: The applicant must be a domicile of Kerala. Physical standards will be as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961, Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 and subsequent amendments. Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India Rules.
Training Duration: One year. Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training in any other organisation for any duration under the Apprentices Act, 1961 are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade. In case of the same percentage of marks, relative merit will be decided based on seniority in age.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification. After successful verification, candidates will be provisionally considered for selection in the order of merit and reservation, subject to medical fitness. Selected candidates will execute the apprenticeship contract through the Apprenticeship India portal.

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates should visit the official Cochin Shipyard website and read the User Manual before applying. The application process consists of one-time registration in the CSL SAP E-Recruitment portal followed by submission of the application against the applicable trade/vocation.
Candidates should upload certificates supporting age, educational qualification, caste, disability, if applicable, along with a recent passport-size colour photograph. Only one application should be submitted. After successful submission, candidates should retain the online application containing the unique registration number for future reference.
