- Machine Setter: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering | 3–10 years of experience | 12 positions
- Quality Inspector: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering | 3–10 years of experience | 20 positions
Key Skills / Responsibilities:
- Assembly Operator: Assembly & integration, small arms assembly, sub-assembly & final assembly, component fitting & torque application, spot welding.
- Machine Operator: CNC/VMC operation, DMG Mori machine handling, turning & honing operations, production monitoring, component loading & unloading, in-process inspection, safety and quality standards.
- Machine Setter: CNC/VMC machine setup, tool setting & offset correction, CNC programming knowledge, NPD setup & trial run, machine changeover, process optimization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Quality Inspector: Visual inspection, MPI, GD&T, calibration & gauges, machining quality, component quality and metallurgy.
