  • Ready to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth and safe operation of DRI plant facilities.
  • Monitor process parameters and equipment performance.
  • Coordinate with operation, maintenance and utility teams.
  • Handle abnormal situations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Maintain operational records and reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement and plant reliability.
