Position: ITI Apprentice / Learn & Earn Trainee
Total Vacancies: 1000+ Vacancies under NAPS
Job Location: Sanand Plant, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Apprenticeship Duration: 2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass + 2 Years ITI in the eligible trades
Eligible ITI Trades: MMV, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Machinist Grinder, Instrument Mechanic, Wireman and Electrician
ITI Pass-Out Year: 2022 to 2026
Age Limit: 18 to 23 Years
Stipend / Monthly Benefits:
- CTC: ₹18,149 per month
- Stipend: ₹14,649 per month with DBT
- Attendance Award: ₹2,500 as per company policy
- Total Take Home: Approximately ₹17,149 per month with DBT
- After completion of 6 months of training: ₹5,000 Retention Allowance
- After successful completion of 1 year: ₹7,000 Retention Allowance
