Salary:
- Apprentice Trainee: ₹13,870 per month stipend
- Temporary Workmen: ₹15,448 per month + ₹500 Personal Pay
- Temporary Workmen salary includes ₹16,106 basic + ₹3,382 Permanent Compensatory Allowance + ₹500 Personal Pay.
- Free Canteen & Transport Facility up to 10 km from the plant location
- Two sets of Uniform, one pair of Safety Shoes & PPEs
- Provident Fund and ESIC deductions will apply as per company rules for Temporary Workmen.
Qualification:
Apprentice Trainee:
- 10th Pass from a regular State/CBSE/ICSE Board with minimum 60% marks
- ITI/NTC Pass with minimum 60% marks in the specified trade
- Both SCVT and NCVT candidates are eligible
- Experience: Not Required
- Age: 18–25 Years as on the date of joining
- Duration: 1 Year as per Apprenticeship Act, 1961
Temporary Workmen:
- 10th Pass from a regular State/CBSE/ICSE Board
- ITI/NTC Pass from any ITI in India
- Age: 18–32 Years as on the date of joining
- Experience: Not specified in the notification
- Employment duration: Maximum up to 6 months, based on business requirements
