BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Bharat Electronics Limited, Navi Mumbai, invites applications for ITI Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice and Graduate Apprentice positions for one year of apprenticeship training under NATS and NAPS. Candidates with ITI, Diploma, B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com or B.A. qualifications can attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled dates.

Positions:

  1. ITI Apprentice
  2. Diploma Apprentice
  3. Graduate Apprentice

Job Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 410208

Stipend:

  • Graduate Apprentice (B.E./B.Tech): ₹17,500 per month
  • Graduate Apprentice (B.Sc/B.Com/B.A.): ₹12,500 per month
  • Diploma Apprentice: ₹12,500 per month
  • ITI Apprentice (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician and Draughtsman Mechanical): ₹11,040 per month
  • ITI Apprentice (COPA and Welder): ₹10,560 per month

Qualification:

1. ITI Apprentice

  • Qualification: ITI certificate in the respective trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
  • Eligible Trades: Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), and Welder (G & E).

2. Diploma Apprentice

  • Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE/GOI-approved institute.
  • Candidates must have passed on or after 01 October 2023.

3. Graduate Apprentice

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Other eligible qualifications: B.Sc, B.Com or B.A.
  • Engineering graduates and candidates with B.Sc/B.Com/B.A. must have passed on or after 01 October 2023.

Only Indian nationals are eligible. Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS or NAPS at another establishment are not eligible.

Age Limit (As on 01 October 2026):

  • Graduate Apprentice: Maximum 25 years
  • Diploma Apprentice: Maximum 25 years
  • ITI Apprentice: Maximum 21 years

Age relaxation is 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), as specified in the notification.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on marks obtained in the interview conducted by BEL, Navi Mumbai. The minimum qualifying interview marks are 35% for General/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Reservation will be applicable as per Government norms. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email, followed by publication of the selected candidates’ list on the BEL website.

  • ITI Apprentice Walk-in Interview: 23 October 2026 at 10:00 AM

How to Apply:

  1. Graduate and Diploma Apprentice candidates must register through the NATS portal: https://nats.education.gov.in
  2. ITI Apprentice candidates must register through the NAPS portal: https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
  3. Complete the registration process and keep your registration number or enrolment email ready.
  4. Attend the walk-in interview on the scheduled date for your apprenticeship category. The notification also allows candidates to register directly on the day of the walk-in interview.
  5. Carry all required original documents for verification and a copy of each document for submission at the time of joining.
