- Gross Stipend: ₹19,000 per month
- Other Benefits: ₹1,950 per month
- Total Stipend + Benefits: ₹20,950 per month
- Deductions: ₹700 per month
- Net In-Hand Stipend: ₹20,250 per month

Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or IC branches.
- No previous NAPS/NATS registration.
- 2026 pass-out with results cleared.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- No previous PF/ESI deduction.
- Freshers are welcome.
Career Progression Path:
- 1st Year – Apprentice
- 2nd Year – DET2
- 3rd Year – DET3
- 4th Year – Junior Engineer
Promotions will be based on performance.
