- Govt. Subhash Chandra Bose 200-Seater Girls’ Residential School, Bewarti (Govindpur), Block Kanker: 1 Post (Unreserved), District Uttar Bastar Kanker.
- Govt. Subhash Chandra Bose 200-Seater Girls’ Residential School, Durgukondal, Block Durgukondal: 1 Post (Unreserved), District Uttar Bastar Kanker.
Educational Qualification
To apply for the position of Accountant, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Academic Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at least a second division.
- Computer Skills:
- A one-year Computer Diploma certificate from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting is required. Candidates with relevant experience in government or non-government institutions will be given preference. Experience certificates should be accompanied by a pay slip or bank statement as proof.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through the following stages:
- Merit List:
- Based on the received applications, a school-wise merit list will be prepared. The merit will be based on the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Marks obtained in Higher Secondary and Graduation will have a weightage of 100 points.
- Experience: Up to 20 points will be awarded for experience, with 4 points per year.
- Computer Practical Test: Weightage of 100 points.
- Based on the received applications, a school-wise merit list will be prepared. The merit will be based on the following criteria:
- Skill Test:
- The top 5 candidates from the merit list will be invited for a skill test. Final selection will be based on the scores obtained in the skill test.
- Final Selection:
- Candidates with the highest scores will be selected for the position. In case a selected candidate withdraws, the next eligible candidate from the waiting list will be appointed.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Age relaxation will be provided as per the guidelines issued by the Chhattisgarh government from time to time. The age will be calculated as of 1 January 2024.
Other Important Conditions
- Application Mode: Applications will be accepted only through Registered Post or Speed Post. Applications submitted in person or via email will not be considered.
- Documents: Applicants must attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including residence certificate, educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, etc., along with the application form.
- Contract Period: The appointment will be temporary and for a maximum period of 1 year. The contract may be extended based on work performance and institutional requirements.
