2. Govt. Subhash Chandra Bose 200-Seater Girls’ Residential School, Salhetola (Sarona), Block Narharpur: 1 Post (Unreserved), District Uttar Bastar Kanker.
3. Govt. Subhash Chandra Bose 200-Seater Girls’ Residential School, Bewarti (Govindpur), Block Kanker: 1 Post (Unreserved), District Uttar Bastar Kanker.
4. Govt. Subhash Chandra Bose 200-Seater Girls’ Residential School, Durgukondal, Block Durgukondal: 1 Post (Unreserved), District Uttar Bastar Kanker.

Educational Qualification

To apply for the position of Accountant, candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

1. Academic Qualification:
   • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at least a second division.
2. Computer Skills:
   • A one-year Computer Diploma certificate from a recognized institution is mandatory.
3. Experience:
   • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in accounting is required. Candidates with relevant experience in government or non-government institutions will be given preference. Experience certificates should be accompanied by a pay slip or bank statement as proof.

Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted through the following stages:

1. Merit List:
   • Based on the received applications, a school-wise merit list will be prepared. The merit will be based on the following criteria:
     • Academic Qualification: Marks obtained in Higher Secondary and Graduation will have a weightage of 100 points.
     • Experience: Up to 20 points will be awarded for experience, with 4 points per year.
     • Computer Practical Test: Weightage of 100 points.
2. Skill Test:
   • The top 5 candidates from the merit list will be invited for a skill test. Final selection will be based on the scores obtained in the skill test.
3. Final Selection:
   • Candidates with the highest scores will be selected for the position. In case a selected candidate withdraws, the next eligible candidate from the waiting list will be appointed.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age relaxation will be provided as per the guidelines issued by the Chhattisgarh government from time to time. The age will be calculated as of 1 January 2024.

Other Important Conditions

1. Application Mode: Applications will be accepted only through Registered Post or Speed Post. Applications submitted in person or via email will not be considered.
2. Documents: Applicants must attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including residence certificate, educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, etc., along with the application form.
3. Contract Period: The appointment will be temporary and for a maximum period of 1 year. The contract may be extended based on work performance and institutional requirements.
4. Service Conditions: The appointed employee will follow the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1965. The appointment can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice.
5. Authority’s Decision: All decisions regarding the recruitment process will be final and binding.
