Salary for the AIIMS Raipur Research Coordinator Job
The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of ₹12,000 per month. It’s important to note that the salary will be dependent on the recruitment of eligible patients for the study. Payments might be delayed and could be issued in arrears throughout the tenure.
Job Responsibilities of the Research Coordinator
As a Research Coordinator at AIIMS Raipur, you will play a key role in the smooth implementation of the research protocol, including:
- Recruiting research participants and conducting in-depth interviews.
- Data entry and maintaining follow-up records for trial purposes.
- Obtaining written and audio-visual consent from participants, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
- Coordinating with the Principal Investigator and ensuring proper documentation, including progress reports and serious adverse event (SAE) reporting.
- Ensuring the protection of participant rights and maintaining the scientific integrity of the study.
