Job Description:
The CEO of MeitY Startup Hub will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and managing the Hub’s operations and business activities. The role requires the CEO to work under the supervision of the Innovation, IPR, and Startups Division of MeitY and Digital India Corporation to achieve the goals of MSH.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic leadership to drive the mission of MSH in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship within the tech startup ecosystem.
- Program Management: Oversee the implementation of MeitY’s startup-centric initiatives, ensuring the success of incubators, accelerators, and centers of excellence (CoEs) associated with MSH.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, industry leaders, academia, and other key stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
- Policy & Procedure Implementation: Ensure the smooth functioning of MSH by instituting and implementing rules, policies, and procedures.
- Budget Management: Plan and execute activities within the approved budget, including the verification and recommendation of capital and operational expenditures.
- Staff Development: Lead and encourage the growth and development of the MSH team.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or any discipline, with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in startups, investments, entrepreneurial ventures, or government policy. Proven track record in senior executive roles, with a strong emphasis on innovation, strategy, and management of tech-driven initiatives.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in building and managing stakeholder networks.
