Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
- Develop mobile-responsive websites and ensure website speed optimization.
- Design user-centric and visually appealing products.
- Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate design needs into specifications.
- Stay updated on technological advancements.
- Provide design support and documentation for projects.
- Ensure a cohesive digital strategy for all projects.
Skills & Abilities (Desirable):
- Experience in user requirement gathering with product managers and engineers.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end user-centric and creative design.
- Proficiency in storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Skilled in designing UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Experience in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git/Mercurial/SVN.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Visual Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- 10+ years of proven work experience in UI/UX design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for mobile and web platforms.
- Experience working in large corporates or government organizations in the IT domain.
