Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications (phone calls, emails, and correspondence).
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, handling logistics.
• Manage office-related tasks such as filing, supplies, and office equipment.
• Assist with or manage specific projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ensure professionalism and integrity in communication and task execution.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
