Responsibilities of the Manager (Admin)
As a Manager in the Administration department, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Day-to-Day Operations Management: Manage all administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the management of office space and equipment, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Procurement Management: Handle procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing administrative operations.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure all administrative activities align with the organization’s objectives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this Manager (Admin) position at NeGD, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirement: A graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in administration is required.

- Knowledge of Office Procedures: Familiarity with standard office procedures and practices.
