NeGD Recruitment 2024 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Build and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
NeGD Recruitment 2024 Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record as a program manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications.
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with data privacy and protection regulations.
- At least 6 months of international experience.
