NeGD offline internship opportunities 2024
NeGD invites eligible students from recognized universities across India to apply for its Winter Internship Program 2024. This program provides a unique opportunity to work on live projects under the guidance of seasoned professionals, contributing to the development of eGovernance in India.
Eligibility Criteria:
Students applying must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Academic Performance:
Minimum 60% marks in the last degree/certificate exam from a recognized institution. - Educational Streams (Any one of the following):
- Completed 10+2+3 pattern (15 years of formal education).
- Currently in pre-final or final year of Engineering (10+2+4 pattern).
- Pursuing final year of Diploma/Certificate courses.
- In pre-final or final year of integrated/dual degree (10+2+5 pattern).
Note: In exceptional cases, the qualification criteria may be relaxed with approval from competent authorities.

Important: Applicants can select only two choices from either Division/Projects (Sl. No. 1 to 6) or specialized areas (Sl. No. 7.a to 7.f).
Winter internship Duration for engineering students at NeGD
- Minimum Period: 2 months
- Extension Possible: Up to 3 months based on performance and project needs.
Each intern will work under the mentorship of an assigned Head of Division/Project at NeGD.
How to apply for NeGD winter internship 2024
- Fill out the online application form available on the NeGD website.
- Applications must be endorsed by your institution (currently enrolled or recently graduated).
- This will be an offline program, requiring interns to be physically present and adhere to NeGD’s working hours.
