**📋 Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- For Manager:
- Officials in analogous grade (Level-8) in the relevant discipline OR
- Substantive posts in Level-7 in the relevant discipline OR
- Analogous grade IDA E-2 (Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-) in relevant discipline OR
- Posts in IDA E-1 (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-) for four years
