- Central/State Government employees in Level-8 (CDA) in the relevant discipline, or
- PSU employees in IDA E-2 (₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000) or equivalent, or
- PSU employees in IDA E-1 (₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000) for 4 years.
