SAIL Durgapur Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
- Registration: Must be registered with Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), State Medical Council (SMC), or Dental Council of India (DCI).
- Age Limit: Up to 69 years as of the date of advertisement.
- Ex-employees: Former SAIL employees and those separated through Voluntary Retirement are ineligible.
Tenure and Remuneration:
- Tenure: Initial period of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years, with a maximum age limit of 70 years.
- Remuneration:
- GDMO – BDS: ₹70,000 per month
- GDMO – MBBS: ₹90,000 per month
- Specialist with PG Diploma: ₹1,20,000 per month
- Specialist with PG Degree: ₹1,60,000 per month

- GDMO/GDMO (Dental): To work in the departments of Medical & Health Services (M&HS) as per requirement.
- Specialists: To work in their respective departments of specialty.
