Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field of Yoga education.
2. Experience:
   • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Physical Education or Yoga education.
3. Residency:
   • Candidates must be permanent residents of Chhattisgarh, with a preference for local candidates.
4. Age Limit:
   • 21 to 35 years (with age relaxation as per government rules).

Selection Process

1. Merit-Based Shortlisting:
   • Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic qualifications and work experience. Points will be awarded as follows:

     • Work Experience: Up to 15 marks (3 marks per year of experience)
     • Sports/Yoga Achievements: Up to 5 marks for National/State-level certificates
2. Document Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
3. Appointment:
   • Final selection will be made based on document verification and merit. Selected candidates will be appointed temporarily till 31 March 2025.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Basis:
  • This is a temporary, contractual position, and candidates cannot claim permanent or regular appointment after the contract period.
• No Additional Allowances:
  • The selected candidates will receive a fixed honorarium of Rs. 10,000 per month. No other allowances will be provided.
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Yoga/Sports training sessions as per the school schedule.
  • Keeping daily records of activities and following directives from the school principal.
  • Monthly reporting of training activities with documentation through photos or news clippings.
• Right to Terminate:
  • The Collector and District Mission Director hold the right to terminate the contract without prior notice if work is unsatisfactory or if any contract terms are breached.

Disqualifications

Candidates will be disqualified if:

• They have been dismissed from previous government employment.
• They fail to meet physical and mental fitness requirements.
• They have a criminal record.
