Salary:
- Ashok Leyland: ₹15,008 to ₹19,232 CTC per month depending on qualification and experience. In-hand salary ranges from ₹12,611 to ₹16,660 per month after applicable deductions.
- Hindalco Industries: ₹12,500/month stipend, including ₹11,000 from the company and ₹1,500 under the NAPS scheme.
- Subros Ltd.: ₹14,998–₹15,000/month in hand. Overtime at ₹125/hour as per company production.
- Global Autotech: Diploma candidates – ₹15,000 stipend + ₹500 attendance reward; 12th/ITI candidates – ₹13,000 stipend + ₹500 attendance reward, along with ₹1,500 government DBT.
Qualification:
- Ashok Leyland: 10th, 12th or ITI in All Trades. Age 18–30 years. Male candidates.
- Hindalco Industries: ITI in Fitter, Turner, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist or Welder. Age 18–30 years. Male candidates.
- Subros Ltd.: ITI in Any Trade. Fresher candidates with 0 years of experience. Age 18–30 years. Male candidates.
- Global Autotech: ITI in Any Trade except COPA, 12th Pass, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile or Production. Candidates must have passed within the last 4 years. Age 18–30 years. Male candidates.
