RBI Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

1. MBBS degree from a recognized university.
2. Minimum two years of experience in a hospital or clinic.
3. Scheduled Caste (SC) applicants must possess the relevant certificate.
4. The candidate should have a residence within a 3-5 km radius of the bank’s dispensary locations.

RBI Recruitment 2024 Salary and Working Hours

• Salary: ₹1000 per hour (for the entire contract period)
• Employee Benefits: ₹1000 per month for transport allowance, ₹1000 per month for mobile charges.
• Working Hours:
  • RBI Officers’ Quarters, Amirpet: Monday to Saturday, 8:15 AM to 10:15 AM
  • RBI Staff Quarters, Musheerabad: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • RBI Staff Quarters, Yellareddy Guda: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

RBI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
2. Medical Examination and Document Verification: Following the interview, a medical examination and document verification will be conducted.
3. Contract Duration: The contract will be for a period of three years, after which a new recruitment process will be conducted.

RBI Recruitment 2024 Contractual Terms

1. Presence in the dispensary during duty hours is mandatory.
2. Medical advice and medicines must be provided free of charge to bank staff and their family members.
3. Issuance of sick leave certificates and health certificates.
4. No pension, Provident Fund, or Gratuity benefits will be provided during the contract period.
