Educational Qualification:

• Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Chartered Accountant (Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
• Desirable: Experience in Railway or Logistics Sector PSUs.

Experience Required:

• Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Manager: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and related fields.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Computer/IT skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Coordination with banks, auditors, and credit rating agencies.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance.

Salary:

• Rs. 50,000 – 70,000 per month (Consolidated).

Nature of Position:

• Contractual Basis for 1 year, extendable based on performance.
