Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 69 years as on the last date of application.
- Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Central Government rules.
- Educational Qualification:
- MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university.
- Registered with Medical Council of India/State Medical Councils.
- Experience:
- PG Degree: 3 years experience.
- PG Diploma: 5 years experience in the respective specialty.
Remuneration:
- Full Time Specialist: ₹1,06,000 per month.
- Part Time Specialist: ₹60,000 per month.
- Emergency Visit Charges (if applicable): ₹15,000 for attending emergency calls beyond duty hours.
Contract Terms:
- FTS: Initial contract of 1 year (extendable up to 2 years based on performance).
- PTS: Initial contract of 1 year or until a regular incumbent joins.
Application Process:
- Apply for Full Time Part Time Specialist in ESIC: Interested candidates should fill out the application form attached (Annexure-B) and bring it along with the required documents to the interview.
- Application Fee:
- ₹300 for General & OBC candidates (Demand Draft in favor of ‘ESI Model Hospital A/C 2’, payable at Rourkela).
- No fee for SC/ST/women/PWD candidates.
Documents Required at the Interview:
- Completed application form (signed).
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following:
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- SSC/10th standard Certificate or equivalent.
- Educational qualifications certificates.
- Registration certificate with Medical Council/State Government.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Experience Certificate.
Candidates must also bring original certificates/testimonials for verification during the interview.
Terms & Conditions:
- Appointment is on a contractual basis, with potential for extension based on performance.
- Vacancies may change based on actual requirements.
- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required from the current employer if applicable.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to fill or cancel any vacancy.
- Selected candidates must join immediately or as indicated in the appointment letter.
- Private practice is not permitted during working hours.
- No hostel accommodation will be provided.
- The appointment does not guarantee a permanent position in E.S.I. Corporation.
- Decisions made by the selection board are final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Important Note:
Candidates willing to appear for the walk-in interview must bring the completed application form (Annexure-B) along with original certificates for educational qualifications, age, caste, and experience.
