IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Engineers/Officers (Graduate Engineers/MBA), Law Officers, Assistant Quality Control Officers, and Junior Engineers/Junior Officers (Diploma Engineers). There are 470 vacancies available across various engineering, marketing, law, quality control and diploma disciplines. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech, MBA, LLB, Master’s Degree and 3-year Diploma in Engineering qualifications are eligible to apply. Qualification & Experience:
Graduate Engineer – Grade A:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.
Officer (Marketing) – Grade A:
- Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration equivalent to MBA as per AIU, with specialization in Marketing Management.
Law Officer – Grade A:
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline along with LLB or a 5-year Integrated LLB Degree.
Assistant Quality Control Officer – Grade A0:
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in the prescribed discipline.
Junior Engineer/Junior Officer – Grade E0:
- Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Safety discipline.

Exam Pattern:
Computer-Based Test will consist of 100 objective-type questions for 100 marks.
- General Aptitude – 50 Questions
- Domain Knowledge – 50 Questions
- Total Duration – 150 Minutes
- Negative Marking – 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/EWS/OBC-NCL – 45%, SC/ST – 40%, PwBD – 30%.
- Note: GATE score is not required for this recruitment.
