BPCL Non Management Recruitment 2026: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Process Technician (Chemical), Process Operator/Operator (Chemical), Technician/Operator (Mechanical) and Technician (Electrical) posts for Mumbai Refinery and Kochi Refinery. There are 154 vacancies available for these Non-Management posts. Candidates with Diploma Pass along with the required work experience are eligible to apply. Salary:
- Pay Scale: ₹26,500 – ₹34,000 per month
- Selected candidates will be appointed in NG-2 Grade with a starting basic pay of ₹26,500/- plus DA and other allowances as per BPCL rules.
Qualification & Experience:
Process Technician (Chemical) / Process Operator (Chemical):
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification work experience or apprenticeship training in Refining/ Petroleum/ Power/Lube/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Industry.
Technician/Operator (Mechanical):
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum prescribed marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification work experience or apprenticeship training.
Technician (Electrical):
- Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electrical Power System/Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification work experience or apprenticeship training.
Total Vacancies: 154 Posts
