RRB JE Recruitment 2026: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (JE) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) posts under CEN 04/2026. There are 3,993 vacancies available across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Stores/DMS departments. Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline are eligible to apply. Qualification:
Junior Engineer (JE):
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university/institution.
Depot Material Superintendent (DMS):
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2027):
- Minimum Age – 18 Years
- Maximum Age – 33 Years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates – 5 Years
- OBC-NCL candidates – 3 Years

- Other categories including Ex-Servicemen, Railway employees and eligible candidates from specified categories will receive age relaxation as per RRB rules.
