Salary:
- CSR Trainee: ₹15,000 per month for 6 months
- ITI Training – Phase 1: ₹17,500 Gross per month for 3 months
- ITI Training – Phase 2: ₹18,500–₹19,000 Gross per month for 6 months
- Team Member / Jr. Team Member (Probation): ₹20,000–₹22,000 Gross per month for 6 months
- Team Member / Jr. Team Member (Confirmation): ₹22,000–₹25,000 Gross per month for 4 months
Candidates may also earn performance-based incentives of ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 per month.
Qualification: ITI Pass (All Trades)
