BHAVINI Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI) has released BHAVINI Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for 50 Trade Apprentice vacancies in various ITI trades including Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, COPA, and other trades at Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu. Candidates with 10th qualification along with ITI certification in the relevant trade are eligible to apply. Position: Trade Apprentice
Job Location: Kalpakkam, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.
Stipend: Rs. 9,600 per month. The notification specifies a minimum stipend of Rs. 9,600 for candidates engaged after one year of ITI course.
Qualification & Experience:
- Fitter: 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Fitter Trade.
- Machinist: 10th pass with Science and Mathematics under the 10+2 system or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Machinist Trade.
- Digital Photographer/Photographer: 10th pass or equivalent, with Science (Physics and Chemistry) where applicable, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Digital Photographer/Photographer Trade.
- Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant)/Fitter: 10th pass with Science and Mathematics or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Maintenance Mechanic (Chemical Plant) or Fitter Trade.
- Computer Operator and Programming Assistant: 10th pass or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant Trade.
- Instrument Mechanic: 10th pass or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Instrument Mechanic Trade.
- Electrician: 10th pass with Science and Mathematics or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Electrician Trade.
- Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning: 10th pass or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade.
- Draughtsman (Mechanical): 10th pass with Science and Mathematics or equivalent, along with ITI Pass Certificate in Draughtsman (Mechanical) Trade.

Age Limit:
- The minimum age is 16 years. The maximum age limit is 24 years for General and EWS candidates as on 01.10.2026. SC candidates are eligible for up to 5 years of relaxation, OBC (NCL) candidates up to 3 years, and PwBD candidates up to 10 years.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be shortlisted for apprenticeship training based on the marks obtained in their ITI standard/course and trade competency. Selected candidates must also qualify the standard medical examination prescribed by the competent authority.
Training Duration: 1 Year
Important Date: Last Date for Receipt of Application – 01 October 2026.
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates must first register on the Apprenticeship India portal and obtain a Unique Enrolment ID. Candidates are also required to complete Aadhaar verification and attach the “Aadhaar Verified” screenshot with the application. After this, candidates should download Annexure-I application form from the BHAVINI website and submit the prescribed application form along with the required self-attested documents.
