A total of 50 apprentice vacancies are available for B.Tech and Diploma candidates in various engineering disciplines. Candidates who passed their respective courses in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 and meet the eligibility criteria can apply. The last date for receipt of the application is 12 October 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and have a valid NATS Enrollment Number.
- Only candidates who passed their respective courses in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have completed the essential qualification through regular mode only. Candidates who have undergone training or have job experience of one year or more after acquiring the essential qualification will not be considered.
- Candidates with post-graduation degrees will not be considered for selection.
- The selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship training programme under the Apprenticeship Act.
Selection Process:
- The PXE Selection Board will shortlist candidates based on the percentage of marks secured in the essential qualification. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test/Interview, which will be conducted at PXE, Chandipur. Selected candidates will receive the joining letter through email.
