HAL Nasik Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Aircraft Division, Nasik has released an official notification for the engagement of ITI Trade Apprentice, Engineering Graduate Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice and Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961. There are 627 vacancies available across various ITI, Engineering, Diploma and Non-Technical Graduate disciplines. Candidates with ITI, B.E./B.Tech/B.Pharm, Diploma, BA, B.Com, B.Sc. and BBA qualifications are eligible to apply. Stipend:
- Engineering/Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice – ₹12,300/- per month
- Diploma Apprentice – ₹10,900/- per month
- ITI Apprentice (2-Year Trades) – ₹11,040/- per month
- ITI Apprentice (1-Year Trades) – ₹10,560/- per month
Qualification:
ITI Trade Apprentice:
- ITI Pass in the respective trade from an NCVT/SCVT-affiliated institute. 2-year regular ITI is required for trades listed under the 2-year category, while 1-year regular ITI is required for the 1-year category.
Engineering Graduate Apprentice:
- 4-year B.E./B.Tech/B.Pharm degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Diploma Apprentice:
- 3-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline approved by the State Board of Technical Education/AICTE. For Medical Lab Technician (DMLT), a Government-approved Diploma of minimum 1-year duration is required.
Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice:
- 3/4-year degree in BA, B.Com, B.Sc. or BBA from a recognized university.
Note: Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible. For Graduate/Diploma/Non-Technical Graduate posts, candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026. Candidates whose result is awaited or who have pending backlogs are not eligible.

Note: There will be no Written Examination or Interview. For ITI candidates, the merit score will be calculated with 70% weightage to SSC/10th marks and 30% weightage to ITI marks. Graduate/Diploma/Non-Technical Graduate candidates will be selected based on qualifying examination marks.
