Officer Grade ‘A’ Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • General: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/PwBD).
    • IT: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
    • Finance: BBA (Finance/Banking) or MBA (Finance) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
    • Company Secretary: Bachelor’s degree with Associate Membership of ICSI.
    • Other departments: Relevant degree in the specified field.
  2. Age Limit:
    • Minimum Age: 21 years
    • Maximum Age: 30 years
    • Age relaxation as per government norms for reserved categories.

Officer Grade ‘A’ Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Preliminary Exam: Online objective test covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, Computer Knowledge, Decision Making, General Awareness, Economic & Social Issues, and Agriculture & Rural Development.
  2. Main Exam: Online test with objective and descriptive questions.
  3. Interview: Final round to assess communication skills and domain knowledge.
