• Salary Budget: Up to ₹22 Lakh per annum
• Salary Hike: 10% on current CTC

NeGD Recruitment 2024 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Build and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

NeGD Recruitment 2024 Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record as a program manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications.
• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with data privacy and protection regulations.
• At least 6 months of international experience.
