3. Associate Positions for NTPC Hydro Projects/Stations

Positions: 1 AGM/GM level and 2 GM level positions
Location: NTPC Hydro Projects/Stations

Required Experience:

• Eligibility: Retired at E8 level (AGM/GM) or equivalent of NTPC.
• Experience: Minimum 30 years of total experience, including at least 15 years in project construction (Civil) and 07 years in Hydro projects.
• Scale: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the post and scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 (IDA pay scale of E8 grade effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent.
• Additional Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in liaisoning with government agencies, arbitration, project management, and contracts. Experience in at least 2 greenfield hydro projects of capacity 500MW or more is preferred.

Job Profile: The associate will be involved in closed, under-construction, and upcoming hydro projects for various activities including planning, monitoring, liaisoning, arbitration, preparation of contract documents, and resolution of execution issues.
