- Complete customer orders within 7 days.
- Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects.
- TPM Initiatives on shop floor.
- Safety Improvements, 5S Sustenance on shop.
- Improve labour productivity in shop.
