The company is recruiting ITI pass candidates for 200 NAPS positions and apprenticeship pass candidates for 100 Trainee positions. Selected candidates are expected to join immediately after Diwali.

Salary / Stipend:

  • NAPS Trainee: ₹15,500 per month, including DBT
  • Trainee (Apprenticeship Pass-Out): ₹18,274 per month
  • Gross Salary: ₹17,912 per month (as mentioned in the notification)

Qualification & Experience:

1. NAPS Trainee

  • Qualification: ITI Pass
  • Eligible Trades: Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Foundryman, Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV), Electrician and Electronics
  • Gender: Male candidates only
  • Age Limit: 18–30 years

2. Trainee (Apprenticeship Pass-Out)

  • Qualification: Apprenticeship Pass-Out
  • Eligible Trades: Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Foundryman, Motor Mechanic Vehicle (MMV), Electrician and Electronics
  • Gender: Male candidates only
  • Age Limit: 18–30 years

Non-ITI Eligibility: Candidates from other trades who have passed Class 12 with PCM or Arts may also be eligible for production work under the Non-ITI category, as stated in the notification.
