Qualification & Experience:

- Experience: 4 to 9 years in CNC / VMC / HMC / Machine Shop Operations
- Preferred Experience: CNC programming and operation, preferably with Fanuc-controlled VMC/CNC machines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for CNC, VMC and Machine Shop operations.
- Handle CNC programming and machine operation.
- Manage OEE, productivity and yield of the CNC/Machine Shop Department.
- Read engineering drawings and develop G-code/M-code CNC programs.
- Handle Fanuc and robotic systems and programs.
- Follow CNC SOPs, safety procedures and PPE requirements to achieve shift production targets.
- Monitor tool life, machining costs, fixtures and tool calibration.
- Achieve OEE targets and support gap analysis, RCA and action plans.
- Plan shift manpower, production, machine setup and setup changes as per the PPC plan.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of tools and consumables.
- Drive KAIZEN, QC, Why-Why Analysis, TEI and CLITA activities.
- Analyze production and rejection gaps and implement corrective actions.
