Position Details:
1. Security Admin
- Number of Positions: 1
- Age Limit: 20-30 Years
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
- Duration: 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Configuration and management of information security technology tools.
- Perform threat and vulnerability assessments.
- Investigate security incidents and report on security incident data to management.
- Respond to security-related help desk requests and resolve issues.
- Communicate technical concerns and solutions across departments.
Skill Sets and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an Information Security Analyst or Junior Security Administrator role.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Security Administrator or Information Security Management role.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server System stack, Office 365 ATP, Azure Security Centre, SIEM, Penetration Testing, Network Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanning, and/or Encryption tools.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST or similar security standards.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CEH.
2. Trainer cum Supervisor (Poshan Helpline)
- Number of Positions: 5
- Age Limit: 20-30 Years
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or related field
- Experience: 2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Set and audit standard work, improve processes, and manage team workload.
- Provide feedback on team performance and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Conduct training for new hires and design training plans.
- Manage training reports, track performance, and design training modules.
