Bijapur District Recruitment 2024 Application Process
Application Submission:
- Documents Required: Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational certificates (8th/10th/12th marksheets, graduation, and post-graduation marksheets), computer-related diplomas, registration certificates, caste certificates, basic address proof, experience certificates, disability certificates, and identity proofs (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID).
- Mandatory Documents: Experience certificates must clearly mention the period of experience and be signed by the relevant officer. Candidates currently employed must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.
3. Document Verification
Candidates must bring original documents for verification. Failure to present the original documents will result in ineligibility. Applications with incomplete or incorrect documents will be rejected.
4. Screening and Selection
Bijapur District Recruitment 2024 Screening Process:
- Number of Candidates to be Screened: Based on the number of applications received, candidates will be screened as follows:
- For 1 to 10 posts: 10 times the number of advertised vacancies
- For 11 to 50 posts: 5 times the number of advertised vacancies
- For more than 50 posts: 3 times the number of advertised vacancies
Bijapur District Recruitment 2024 Skill Test:
- Format: Skill tests will be conducted in written, computer-based, or interview formats depending on the post. A minimum of 30% marks in the skill test is required to be eligible.
5. Experience and Bonus Points
Experience Evaluation:
- For National Health Mission Employees: 3 marks per year (maximum 15 marks).
- For Other Government Institutions: 2 marks per year (maximum 10 marks).
Bonus Points:
- Covid-19 Experience: 10 bonus points for work experience of up to 6 months during the pandemic. Experience certificates from recognized authorities are mandatory.
6. Bijapur District Recruitment 2024Selection Criteria
For Nursing Cadre:
- Educational Qualification: 60% marks.
- Experience: 10-20 marks depending on the type of experience and whether it is under the National Health Mission.
For Other Posts:
- Educational Qualification: 65% marks.
- Experience: 10-15 marks based on the relevance and duration of experience.
7. Bijapur District Recruitment 2024 Application Fees
Fee Structure:
- For Divyang/SC/ST: Rs. 100
- For OBC/Women: Rs. 300
- For Unreserved Category: Rs. 400
Fees must be paid through a demand draft in favor of the District Health Committee, Bijapur, and attached to the application form.
8.Bijapur District Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 64 years for managerial posts and 70 years for medical posts. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2024.
9. Additional Information
- Traveling Allowance: No traveling allowance will be provided.
- Contract Duration: Appointments are temporary and contract-based until March 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

10. Dispute Resolution and Final Authority
The Collector and Chairman of the District Health Committee, Bijapur, will have full authority to resolve any disputes and make final decisions regarding the recruitment process.

- Validity: The final selection list will be valid for one year from the date of publication. In case of vacancies, the post may be filled from the waiting list.
