Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Assistant Recruitment 2024 Essential Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualification: Three Years Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from any recognized Law College or University. Only those law graduates who have not started practice as an advocate or are not engaged in any other profession are eligible to apply. Final-year law students awaiting their results may also apply. Applicants must have secured at least 55% marks in their LL.B. examination.
2. Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations is required.

Selection will be based solely on an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview after a screening process. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Nature of Work:

The selected candidates will work closely with the Hon’ble Judges of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur. Their responsibilities will include conducting legal research, preparing case summaries, assisting in court during hearings, drafting memorandums, and maintaining case files. They may also be involved in administrative tasks as directed by the Hon’ble Judges.
